COUNSEL OF ELECTION COMMISSION DID NOT TURN UP IN SESSION COURT

LAHORE, July 13, 2019 - In the case of Abdul Aleem Khan in Session Court Counsel of Election Commission of Pakistan did not turn up due to which the case was adjourned till 5th of August. On behalf of Abdul Aleem Khan, Mr. Shoaib Siddiquee while talking to the media there, told that both the advocates of Abdul Aleem Khan, Hafiz Fahad Moghal and Malik Maqsood Khokhar were present in the Court well in time but the Principal Counsel of Election Commission Mr. Mureed Husain was again absent due to which this case was again delayed. Mr. Shoaib Siddiquee expressed determination that there are no solid reasons or arguments in this case from the Election Commission and In Sha Allah, Abdul Aleem Khan would be proved innocent as well. He said that it is not for the first time that the advocates of Election Commission are using delaying tactics and case is being lingered on. He said that this entire story was concocted by nawaz league for political motives and at the end Mr. Abdul Aleem Khan will stand on the victory side.
