LAHORE, DEC. 25: Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan has said that new Pakistan will guarantee equal rights for all citizens and as per sayings of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah the dream of developed and enlightened Pakistan will also be fulfilled. He expressed these views while addressing different events held in connection with Quaid Christmas Day here at Lahore Cantt. Abdul Aleem Khan said that Prime Minister Imran Khan stands for accountability for all and no pressure would be entertained in this regard. Abdul Aleem Khan said that even after 70 years country could not be put on the right path and the principles indicated by Founder of Pakistan were ignored by the rulers. He said that due to these reasons today our beloved country is caught of polarization and anybody caught in corruption is crying to prove innocent. He added that those who remained in power for 30 years have become the members of “ corruption club “ and now again going to join hands to save each other. Abdul Aleem Khan there is clear cut competition between Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari that who is the biggest thief and who should get ‘award’ in this regard. Abdul Aleem Khan called upon that today Quaid Day demands to reaffirm our commitment to follow the principles of Mohammad Ali Jinnah which lead to create and establish a new state in the name of Islam.
Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan in Lahore Cantonment also attended Christmas event in which Bishop Yaqoob Paul received him. Abdul Aleem Khan congratulated all the Christian community on the august day and said that every religion teaches to spread peace and harmony in the light of teachings of the Prophets. He lauded the efforts of Christians in the development of beloved country and expressed hope that these endeavors will continue especially in the present era of Tehrik-e-Insaaf. PTI local leaders Amir Khalil and Hamid Sarwar hosted these functions in honor of Abdul Aleem Khan while ex-MPA Shoaib Siddiquee, Raja Abid Zia, Sheikh Bilal Mahmood, Shani Butt, Hasan Raza Naqvi, Raja Javed and Abdul Qayyum were also present. People gave a warm welcome to Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan who also visited the adjacent areas of Al-Faisal Town, Jorrey Pull, Saddar and Lahore Cantt and assured to solve the problems facing there at the earliest.
