STATEMENT OF ABDUL ALEEM KHAN IN NAB COURT

LAHORE, FEB. 07: Abdul Aleem Khan in his statement in NAB Court has said that there was nothing with NAB against him and all those documents were provided by himself. He told that the NAB Court that he always appeared before NAB and all available and required documents were also provided accordingly and even the papers submitted today are the same as given. Abdul Aleem Khan submitted that NAB has failed to produce any document against him and nothing is new in this regard. He told that even yesterday he acknowledged submitting more documents as required in some days. Abdul Aleem Khan made it clear that there is not a single audit para against his Ministerial time though the question of corruption does arise as he never uses his position for corruption. Abdul Aleem Khan also claimed that there is no property or asset of him which is not declared as all the relevant documents have already been produced to the relevant departments. Abdul Aleem Khan said that he has full and high regards for the Courts and hope for justice as well. He said that he remained for more than 10 years in opposition and if there was anything wrong then it could not be remain hidden.

Meanwhile, during the hearing at NAB Court, in spite of bad weather and rain a large number of PTI leaders and workers were present outside there, which gathered early in the morning and chanted slogans in favor of Abdul Aleem Khan while two Provincial Ministers also reached to express their solidarity while women were also present. Some of the party workers became emotional and prayed for the early arrival back of Abdul Aleem Khan. They showered petals on the vehicle of Abdul Aleem Khan and remained there till the departure of their beloved leader.
