STATUS QUO FORCES ARE AFRAID OF IMRAN KHAN, GOVT. TO SUCCEED IN MANIFESTO
LAHORE, JULY 31: Ex-Senior Minister Punjab and Central Leader of Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaaf Abdul Aleem Khan has said that so called alliance of opposition parties is meant to stop the process in the country as status quo forces are afraid of Imran Khan. He added that those who have been rejected by the masses are again uniting only to get power but they will have to wait till next general elections in which masses would decide on the base of performance to whome they want to give mandate.
He expressed these views while talking to PTI workers’ delegation. Abdul Aleem Khan said that people know very much those parties who remained in power for 35 years and enjoyed the power for looting the national exchequer and now the same parties are saving each other. He said that people are right in questioning that to save the corruption is what kind of democracy as opposition has no clear agenda. Abdul Aleem Khan said that Maulana Fazal ur Rehman and other people like him has nothing but the wish to remain in power and they are offering their shoulders for those who have done massive corruption during their regimes.
Abdul Aleem Khan further said that Imran Khan is the only leader in the political history of Pakistan who struggled 22 years for peaceful change in the country through mass movement and he has no sympathy with the looters. He said that people are fully aware that present leadership if honest, dedicated and devoted to solve their genuine and national problems however some time is definitely required to resolve the long standing issues. Abdul Aleem Khan said that after the completion of five years Pakistan Tahreek-e-Insaaf would be fulfilling more of the promises and Imran Khan would be successful too.
