GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY OF NEW DIALYSIS SET UP AT SERVICES HOSPITAL

2 STOREY UNIT TO HAVE FREE DIALYSIS: PRINCIPAL MAHMOOD AYAZ

AAK FOUNDATION TO DONATE ALL THE EXPENSES OF DIALYSIS WARDS

 At the inaugural function of construction of 2-storey unit, at Services Hospital, where 36 new and modern dialysis machines would be set up, Principal Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayaz said that such welfare measures would lead to worldly and otherworldly success. He added that hundreds of patients will benefit monthly from the donation of crores of rupees for the Services Hospital by the Abdul Aleem Khan Foundation and prayers will be offered for Abdul Aleem Khan, as well as his parents, who has donated generously. Principal Prof. Mahmood Ayaz said that this new set up of dialysis will not only provide free medical facilities to the patients but will also host the attendants accompanying them and the doctors with other medical staff working in this department to also be looked after on behalf of the Foundation. He added that construction of state-of-the-art building has been inaugurated today which will be completed as early as possible.

     On the occasion, Brig. (R) Khalid Bashir, Director of the Foundation told that work on the project has been started immediately on the direction of Senior Punjab Minister Abdul Aleem Khan, and efforts will be made to complete it in the next month. Later, free and modern medical facilities will be provided to dialysis patients without any discrimination at the Hospital. Medical Superintendent of Services Hospital Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed appreciated the cooperation of the philanthropist and assured full cooperation from administration. Dr. Zahid Rafique, Head of Nephrology Department Services Hospital lauded the decision to donate dialysis machine for his department and assured that his department would be upgraded for the welfare of patients. Foundation Administrator Bassim Yousaf, CFO A D Mughal and Osama Noman were also present.
