Sr. Minister congratulates PM on victory in Gilgit-Baltistan

Senior Punjab Minister Abdul Aleem Khan has said that the Gilgit-Baltistan election results have proved that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is the most popular party in the country and the people have full confidence in the policies of their Captain and the present Government.

     In his congratulatory message to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that now a new era of change, development and prosperity will begin in Gilgit-Baltistan as well, with the political understanding and awareness of the people there. He said that holding elections in difficult times and in the most inappropriate circumstances was important in itself. In this situation, the victory of PTI over all other parties was a good omen. He added that the efforts of Ali Amin Gandapur, Zulfi Bukhari and Murad Saeed are also commendable in this election. Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that the narrative of the opposition has died down and now it is to be hoped that keeping in view the democratic norms all the parties will openly acknowledge these results and abandon the policy of criticism for the sake of criticism. Abdul Aleem Khan said that PTI has fulfilled its promises and therefore it is getting more successes and In Sha Allah the journey of progress and prosperity will continue under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the coming days will bring more good news.
