A. ALEEM KHAN PRAISED COMPLETION OF NEW PA BUILDING
CREDIT GOES TO SPEAKER CH. PERVAIZ ELAHI, DELAY CRITICIZED
Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan has praised the completion and inauguration of the new building of the Punjab Assembly. While commenting here today, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that the credit for the new building of the Punjab Assembly goes to Speaker Chaudhry Pervez Elahi who took personal interest in its completion.
Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan further said that due to the deliberate negligence of the previous rulers, the new building of the Punjab Assembly was unnecessarily delayed and it was totally to stay in limbo for 10 years. He added that this also resulted to bear the additional financial burden of billions of rupees, excessively on public exchequer. He said that this huge Government's money could have been spent on other public welfare projects. Abdul Aleem Khan said that Wazirabad Cardiology, Dialysis Hospital in Multan and many other projects were also delayed because they were started by the previous Government in Punjab. He said that the development initiatives started by any Government would not be delayed at any cost and these projects should be completed at the earliest as it is the money of the public of which every penny should be spent meticulously. Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan further said that present Government is completing all the ongoing projects under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan as present Government believes in early completion of every developmental project and PTI Government is doing real welfare work which will have a lasting impact on the country's development.
