BREAK THROUGH IN ENVIRONMENT BY PM IK 

NATURAL ECO SYSTEM BEING RESTORED: A. ALEEM KHAN

Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan has said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, clear progress has been made in the field of environment and there is break through across the country in this regard. He added that environmental improvements started in KPK during the last tenure was remarkable and now these projects are being rolled out across the country with positive effects beginning to emerge. 

In his message and tweet on the occasion of World Environment Day, Senior Minister Abdul Aleem Khan said that environmental protection has always been one of the top priorities of Prime Minister Imran Khan for which projects like Billion Tree Tsunami and Clean Green Pakistan are commendable. He said that for the first time in the country, practical work was being done for the restoration of natural "ecosystem" but there was a need for every citizen to play his positive role in improving and protecting the environment.

Senior Minister Punjab Abdul Aleem Khan further said that it is not enough to just plant trees but their proper development and maintenance is also necessary as protection of precious creation like trees of Allah Almighty is the individual and collective responsibility of all of us. He said that there is also a big difference between developed and developing countries in terms of environment which includes hazards from industries and factories, threats to the natural environment due to transport which need to be addressed all the time. Abdul Aleem Khan said that Prime Minister Imran Khan wants to make every sector better and that is why this Government has started working on important projects in the field of environment. He said that environmental challenges have been taken accordingly, due to which Pakistan is getting the better ranking globally.
